11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

13. THIRD-PARTY VISITOR TRACKING

When a registered user shares their BriefCase link with a third party (such as a recruiter, hiring manager, or other), BriefCase automatically collects behavioral analytics data about that third-party visitor, including but not limited to: time spent on the page, sections viewed, links clicked, files downloaded, device and browser information, and approximate geographic location derived from IP address. This data is collected without the third-party visitor having a BriefCase account and is made available exclusively to the registered user who shared the link. By visiting a BriefCase link, third-party visitors acknowledge and consent to this data collection as disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

14. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date at the top of this Privacy Notice.
